Hello readers. I hope you have enjoyed my posts thus far. I have been brainstorming new topics to discuss that will raise awareness about Celiac Disease, and Bipolar Disorder: Two disorders/diseases that I have been diagnosed with. My first topic, I have already posted. It is about School Lunches: Gluten Free Options For Your Celiac Child. I am working on researching various businesses to find out about their Gluten Free sales. I plan on researching bars, and listing which ones provide Gluten Free beers. I will be researching the lack of representation of Celiac characters in movies and TV. I will be writing about Celiac Disease in various countries. I will be doing reviews of some local businesses in southern Connecticut, and reviewing chain businesses, to see how they represent Gluten free products. Lastly, I will be working on the lack of education of Celiac Disease in the media, and what we can do to change that.
I will also be writing more about Bipolar Disorder. I will be reviewing movies and TV shows that adequately represent Bipolar Disorder, also various therapeutic techniques that can help with the manic and depressive episodes.
While working on these projects, I am also writing poetry to submit for publication for contests and magazines. By the end of the year, I hope to have enough material to make an e-book. The e-book will consist of my poetry collection, and a few short stories. I'm hoping for the e-book to be released by early next year, at a reasonable price.
I hope this Blog post finds you all well.
