My friends over at Barilla pasta have been following my blog posts about how much I LOVE their gluten free pasta line. They contacted me and sent me free pasta (which was the best early Christmas/birthday present I've ever gotten). They sent me four boxes of pasta, which was extremely nice of them. For the past few days, I have been in a cooking storm. On top of baking a gluten free cake from scratch, I recently indulged in a little bit of gluten free Barilla pasta. Again, I paired the pasta with some of my boyfriend's homemade pasta sauce. Absolutely amazing! Pairing this meal with a glass of my favorite Shiraz-Cabernet made this meal perfect.
