After I was diagnosed with Celiac disease, I was unable to have one of my all-time favorite foods: Garlic bread. I thought I would never be able to have garlic bread again. I loved eating garlic bread with a helping of spaghetti and meatballs. Then I discover Udi's French Baguettes. A few weeks ago, my boyfriend and I decided to have a pasta night. We had a package of these baguettes in the freezer and we decided to add garlic bread to the meal. You cannot have spaghetti and meatballs without garlic bread, right? My boyfriend knew that it had been a few years since I had any garlic bread. The Udi's French Baguettes toasted nicely in the oven. It was crispy on the edges, and soft in the middle. Welcome to November my friends! Today, I am bringing you a review of another fabulous Glutino product. Yesterday, as I was relaxing, I decided to have a serving of these chocolate covered pretzels. I entered chocolate Heaven when I took my first bite. My taste buds were being pampered by the combination of sweetness from the chocolate, and the saltiness of the pretzel. It was a perfect combination. I highly recommend this decadent treat. You can find this item in most grocery stores. It is moderately priced, but extremely worth it.
